BERITA BOLA,- Jakarta - Manchester City stars, Micah Lincoln Richard and Scott Sinclair are visiting Jakarta. Their visit is part of the club's tour to Southeast Asia.
"Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia, is very important to our club. Our fan base in Southeast Asia is Indonesia," said Senior Marketing Manager of Manchester City, Ryan Norys, to journalists at Cilandak Town Square, South Jakarta yesterday, July 5.
Ryan continued, "Not only a fan base, we are also to build the club in various levels."
Micah Richards said that he is glad to be in Indonesia. "We are rarely traveling to a beautiful place like Indonesia and see the support from fans," said the 25 year-old backfield player.
"I have been with Manchester City for ten years and I see that this club will keep developing," Richards said. "Visiting Indonesia is a big part of our developing effort."
The player who defends England national football team for 13 times said he will come back to Indonesia in the future. "Indonesia gives big support to our football club."
